- Lead and mentor a team of Advertisers, Account Encoders, Orders/Uploader staff, and Sequence Builders; set performance objectives and monitor outcomes.
- Ensure end-to-end campaign and order workflows meet quality, SLA, and policy requirements.
- Collaborate with AI Sales Bot and uploader integrations; implement guardrails and human-in-the-loop review where needed.
- Define and optimize standard operating procedures, onboarding, QA checks, and escalation paths.
- Manage data quality, privacy, and compliance with advertising policies and regional regulations.
