Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge setting Up.
- Able to lead a team of workers and involved in manpower work with workers.
- To Co-ordinate with client, main-contactors and workers on all project aspects ensure smooth and timely implementation.
- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with requitments and regulations.
- Ability to read drawing and specifications.
- Attending site management meetings.
- Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material, cost control, project supervisor and schedule of work.
- Plan and execute the construction worker's daily work schedule.
- In-charge of construction site salary measures and procedures.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Hardworking and Responsible.
- Any other ad-hor duties that may be assigned from time to time.
