Job Description
Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients' needs are met
Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
