The role is part of a team with planned ongoing growth, servicing financial services vehicles in the U.S., Cayman Islands, Ireland, Singapore and other offshore jurisdictions.
Core Duties
- Be responsible for preparation, review and maintenance of a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for a large number of entities in 40+ jurisdictions;
- Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately and with a high degree of professionalism;
- Ensure that all tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed in accordance with established protocols;
- Be responsible for calling the IRS and accurately transcribing information received;
- Be expected to perform other duties including maintaining trackers on MS‑Excel, preparing weekly/monthly reports, billing & invoicing and maintaining proper records of client work;
