**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Clinic Supervisor** , you will oversee and evaluate the daily activities of assigned patient access and/or clinical staff, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with established objectives and regulations.
Every day you will supervise staff (hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating), manage patient access and/or clinical office services, serve as a critical liaison between departments, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for operational streamlining.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate expertise in supervising support staff, possess strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and apply critical thinking to operational challenges, contributing to major business decisions with higher-level management.
