As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. **Franciscan Medical Group, as part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is currently seeking a full time Supervisor, Clinic Nurse, RN for our Franciscan Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic in Tacoma, WA. The Back Office Supervisor (BOS) will oversee daily clinical operations across five locations (Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Federal Way, and Burien), managing a diverse team of staff. Our main location is our Tacoma office with satellite clinics listed above. Your dynamic and exciting team includes RNs, Medical Assistants and Perinatal Sonographers.
