**Primary Purpose of Position:**
Supervises a crew shift within the plant production function as directed.
**Candidate must be able to follow a rotating swing shift schedule.** The Tampa plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) working 4 days on / 4 days off. Schedules will rotate from days to nights every 4 weeks.
