About the role - you will:
Supervise and lead technician team to support HGA maintenance tasks to produce HGA with high quantity and meet per delivery planTypical duties: Manage technician resources and skills to action on the preventive maintenance, machine repairs and machine setup on the automation machines and tooling, follow maintenance procedure.Consolidate shiftly report for the front line issue, root cause and action to engineer and management.Initiate Kaizen or improvement idea / or follow up with engineer for long term action plan.Control HGA quality by monitoring the machine ...
