Supervisor Inbound Sales
Location: Charlotte, NC
Marathon Staffing is hiring a Supervisor Inbound Sales to lead and support a team focused on inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities. If you enjoy coaching others, driving results, and delivering a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and coach inbound sales representatives to meet performance goals
- Monitor daily activity, lead flow, and sales outcomes to ensure targets are achieved
- Support customers by helping resolve questions and guiding next steps
- Maintain accurate reporting and follow established sales processes
- Identify coaching opportunities and help improve team effectiveness
What we're looking for:
- Prior sales leadership or supervisory experience (inbound sales preferred)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
