Graveyard shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Support and development of employees including counseling and motivation.
- Manage employee schedules, sick / vacation time and job assignments.
- Recognize and correct any production inefficiencies.
- Follow schedule to meet On Time Delivery expectations.
- Ensure that mold protection settings are consistently at the lowest pressure setting while running productions.
- Ensure that the mold parting line is maintained and free of debris at all times by employees.
- Support IQMS activities.
- Support ISO standards.
