Job Description

We're looking for a Supervisor - Inlec for ongoing campaign works up until December 2026. This role will see you supervising various offshore multi-trade crews on a 3:3 roster.

  • Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all project scopes.
  • Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials
