Job Description
- Supervise assigned staff of Housekeeping.
- Inspect the assigned area as per the checklist to ensure the standard of cleaning
- Ensure that policies and procedures regarding Infection Control/ISO/QA standards are strictly followed.
- Provide orientation and on-the-job training to new staff
- Responsible for managing the shift as per the duty roster and reporting absences.
- Check rooms and ward status. Make daily housekeeping reports and submit them to the Officer.
- Maintain a daily log book of the reports of all the matters related to the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate, preferably Masters, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
