Skills & Experience
Deal Origination & Structuring
- Lead the assessment and structuring of invoice discounting and PO funding transactions
- Evaluate underlying contracts, buyers, and transaction flows to ensure bankable deals
- Guide the team in analysing applications efficiently and within defined turnaround times
- Review and recommend funding decisions, highlighting key risks and mitigants
- Oversee deal execution, legal agreements, and disbursements
