Manufacturing Supervisor (Foundry Operations)
Location: Port Hope, Ontario
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Rotational Shift (days/afternoons/nights every 2 weeks)
What You’ll Do
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and production employees to build a high-performing, engaged workforce. Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. Hold the team accountable to meet production and safety standards.
- Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day foundry operations ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production processes. Plan, coordinate, and monitor labor and resources to meet production schedules and operational targets.
