Job Description
Our Client, a Pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Supervisor, Material Handling & Classification for their Clayton, NC location. Responsibilities:
+ Supervise the receipt, handling, verification, storage, and distribution of plasma to ensure compliance, safety, and conformance to procedures as specified by Standard Operating Procedures, cGMP's, and OSHA standards.
+ Assure that each plasma shipment, production unit, and lot meets all applicable quality, storage, and production requirements and ensure that each plasma lot is delivered in a timely manner to appropriate customers.
+ Assure that each individual unit of plasma that is deemed unacceptable for further processing is individually removed, accounted for, and ultimately dispositioned according to documented procedures.
+ Interview, hire, train, and directly supervise non-exempt employees in the Plasma Operations group.
