**Description**
**Supervisor of Nursing - CICU located at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is a full-time that will work 12-hour night shifts.**
**The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) is 27 bed cardiac and medical critical care unit . We specialize in pre and post-operative cardiac, cardiomyopathy patients requiring mechanical circulatory support, as well as heart failure and post-MI cardiology patient, IABP, Swan-Ganz, CRRT, TTM, DKA, Pacemakers, Severe Sepsis, and Respiratory Failure.**
Under the direction of the nurse manager, Director, or Executive Director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care.
