Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Regional Manager, has responsibility for managing service delivery and personnel for their assigned site/service. Directs staff in performing day-to-day operations, acts as a clinical resource for staff members, sustains regulatory compliance, and supports quality initiatives. Works collectively as a member of the management team of HFH/HFMG Rehabilitation Services.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Works with the manager to plan, organize and monitor the site’s operations related to the provision of care, front desk functions, environmental/building issues and regulatory compliance.
+ Directs daily functions of site/service line staff, including staff scheduling and approval of time off. Approves all continuing education time and content. Completes staff schedule and provides minimum of 90 days of staff schedule for a...
