Overnight Friday-Monday 12am-8:30am
+ Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.
+ Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations.
+ Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage.
+ Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through.
+ Perform administrative duties and reporting.
Requirements
+ High School diploma with one to three years of supervisory and substance abuse treatment experience. CASAC credential a plus
+ At least 3 years managing and developing a team
