About the RoleResponsible for supervising and ensuring proper management of scrap generated in electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring control, traceability, safe disposal, and compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations, while promoting waste reduction and value recovery.You will lead the development of ongoing scrap reduction projects and track metrics.In this role, you will report to the different department managers.Develop ideas to achieve process optimization, increase capacity, and cost inventory reduction through continuous improvement and innovative strategies for deployment, applying Harman Production System philosophy.What You Will DoManage scrap inventory (electronic and other material) from its generation to its final disposal.Register, classify, and document scrap by type, cause, generating area, and economic value.Analyze scrap trends to identify root causes and reduction opportunities.Coordinate the segregation, storage, ...
