Job Description
We’re seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for delivering results across safety, quality, and productivity while leading frontline teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for early-career supervisors (3–5 years of experience) who have demonstrated ownership of shift performance, team leadership, and operational improvements in industries such as pharmaceutical, food, CPG, automotive, or oil and gas.
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in regulated or process-driven industries (pharma, food/CPG, automotive, oil & gas).
