Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor based at our Brits Bakery. Engaged in performing raw material intake, responsible for grading and related functions, and normally reports to Siloman Applied in Milling Operations.
Accountabilities
- Document and manage quality processes and information
- Update and implement QA procedures
- Conduct and moderate internal and external QM audits
- Test and control raw materials, packaging & finished products; resolve customer complaints & product returns
- Manage own team and train employees on QM systems, policies & procedures
Qualifications
- National Diploma or equivalent in Biotechnology or Food Technology
- 3-5 years supervisory experience within the manufacturing/quality environment
- Computer skills including SAP and MS Office
- FSSC 2200 and Lead Auditor certificate advantageous...
