Supervisor, Road Operations
Responsibilities- Supporting day-to-day fleet, transport, and operational administrative activities.
- Coordinating cross-border and domestic transport operations to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Preparing and overseeing the department asset register pertaining to office equipment to ensure records are maintained and updated.
- Coordinating vendor and service RFQ’s process, ensuring all contractual obligations are clearly addressed and documented thus maximizing cost efficiencies.
- Preparing and coordinating LPO’s in accordance with company guidelines to ensure expenditure is maintained within budget.
- Actively maintaining all operating systems (JOBS/Micro Transport) to ensure information is accurate and the timeliness of data is completed within process timeframes.
