* Job Location: Goodyear, Arizona * * Summary:* The Quality Assurance Supervisor serves as lead for Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), food safety regulations, weight control, sanitary design, allergens, cleaning, incident management and other related matters in maintaining the Food Safety and Quality Management System for the plant. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to, developing the sites HACCP program, building Food Safety and Quality Plans and ensures compliance with all FDA and state regulations for food production. This role plays a critical part in the development of policies, procedures, and specifications in accordance with Hershey’s Product Excellence Program. Role is responsible for HACCP monitoring, in-house quality inspections and audits, performance of receiving inspections, and approval of finished goods for shipment.
