Role Purpose & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives within your assigned territory to achieve key business objectives. You will oversee:
- Volume achievement and sales targets
- Accounts receivable management
- Price management and coverage strategy
- Distribution and visibility of the PMFTC portfolio
