Job Description
The Senior Programme Executive, with supervisory responsibilities for an Active Ageing Centre (AAC), is accountable for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and community impact of the AAC. This role encompasses comprehensive centre management, programme innovation, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seniors aged60+ receive high-quality, evidence‑based services that promote active and healthy ageing in the community.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership & Centre Management – Develop and execute annual centre strategic plans aligned with Care Corner Seniors Services (CCSS) objectives and AIC service requirements; ensure compliance with MOH directives and regulatory standards; achieve assigned KPIs including participation targets, satisfaction metrics (min.80%) and attendance goals (min.30 daily avg.); lead quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence‑based practices; manage crisis response and emergency procedures....
