Job Scope – Supervisor
- Supervise daily stall operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor food and beverage preparation quality and hygiene standards
- Manage staff attendance, duty roster, and work performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Assist in cashiering and daily sales reporting when required
- Train new staff on operating procedures and customer service standards
