Job Description
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC milling/turning, CAD/CAM programming, reading blueprints, and geometric measurement.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and ability to handle scheduling
Common Daily ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Planning production capacity, optimizing machine efficiency, and meeting delivery deadlines.
Team Leadership: Conducting toolbox meetings, motivating machinists, and managing team morale.
Quality & Safety: Lean manufacturing standards, investigating hazards
Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Milling Machines
Operating and setup of CNC machines
Prepare and update of CNC programs
Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines
