Job Description
A service sector supervisor acts as a critical bridge between frontline staff and management. They are responsible for driving daily operations, delivering service excellence, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing customer escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Managing shift rosters, training frontline staff, and ensuring the team is motivated and equipped to handle customers.
- Quality Assurance & SOPs: Monitoring service quality, enforcing health and safety protocols, and ensuring strict compliance with industry standards.
- Customer Relations: Stepping in to resolve complex customer complaints, oversee service recovery, and build customer loyalty.
- Operational Reporting: Managing daily KPIs, tracking sales or service metrics, and reporting feedback to senior manageme
