- Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
- Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
- Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go‑to person for customer and team queries.
- Results‑focused, stay informed about unit performance and champion improvements.
- Lead a team in a busy hospitality/coffee shop environment; experience with night shifts is a plus.
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy coffee shop (desired).
- 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check required.
- Minimum 18 years of age required for specific tasks or shifts.
