Supervisor (Steel)

Plan and execute (Manpower planning, Cost control, Attend Vessel Issue, achieve department target & KPI)

• Read and understand technical specifications, prepare job-list, work schedule, plan MTO and manpower planning of yard men and sub-contractor for each given jobs.


• Manpower planning, materials preparation, including all facilities required.


• Order the material required as per MTO and co-ordinate with purchase department for orders and timely delivery of the materials.


• Cooperate with project manager on appropriate procedures and schedule to complete the job on site.


• Ensure safety and discipline for all subordinates.
