Job Summary Plan and execute (Manpower planning, Cost control, Attend Vessel Issue, achieve department target & KPI) Key Responsibilities Read and understand technical specifications, prepare job-list, work schedule, plan MTO and manpower planning of yard men and sub-contractor for each given jobs. Manpower planning, materials preparation, including all facilities required. Order the material required as per MTO and co-ordinate with purchase department for orders and timely delivery of the materials Cooperate with project manager on appropriate procedures and schedule to complete the job on site. Ensure safety and discipline for all subordinates. Carry out Steel work as per specifications and to the satisfaction of the owner/class & timely completion. Ensure good quality work and perfect safety.
