Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for ensuring proper maintenance by monitoring vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs; monitoring the investigation of vehicle accidents; coordinating vehicle reassignments and replacements; monitoring the resolution of complaints regarding maintenance of vehicles; planning the maintenance of maintenance systems; managing drivers to meet safety, performance, and regulatory expectations by planning driving assignments to guarantee coverage for all routes; coordinating dispatch instruction to drivers to communicate customer needs; monitoring the communication of traffic problems, such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards to drivers; monitoring the resolution of questions, problems, or requests from drivers; coordinating instructions of drivers to ensure high on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability; organizing driver trainings t...
