This role participates in hiring decisions, manages performance and disciplinary actions, and ensures staff adherence to departmental standards. The supervisor maintains equipment schedules, prepares operational reports to support departmental efficiency, provides reporting for other departments as needed, and reviews and approves departmental invoices.
Required Qualifications
Education:
GED or High School diploma
Experience:
4 to 5 years of supervisory experience
Skills and Competencies:
