You'll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
- Handle cash-ups, sales reports, and store administration
- Maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike
What we are looking for:
- Previous retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for spices, cooking and creating a great shopping experience for customers
- Grade 12 is a pre-requisite
