Are you passionate about spices, retail and leading a team? We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor to join our vibrant Spice Store opening in CAPE TOWN.
You'll Do: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver excellent customer service Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays Handle cash-ups, sales reports, and store administration Maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike What we are looking for: Previous retail or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Customer focused mindset with attention to detail Enthusiasm for spices, cooking and creating a great shopping experience for customers Grade 12 is a pre-requisite Supervisory Leadership Qualification Microsoft office, MS outlook, POS System Knowledge of spices, herbs, and culinary ingredients Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask, lead a small team What we offer Competitive s...
