Summary You will serve as a Branch Head in the AUTEC Enterprise Operations Branch (Code 7533) of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14. Naval Base Newport, Rhode Island $120,548 - $185,193 West Palm Beach, Florida $107,228 - $164,729 Responsibilities You will lead a team of diverse individuals comprised of engineers, and administrative/technical specialists as their first line supervisor, report directly to the Division Head Code 753, and report functionally to the AUTEC Technical Program Manager You will be responsible for effective utilization, direction, career development/supervision of all branch personnel involved in the planning, organization and conduct of AUTEC base operations in accordance with the detachment concept of operations.
