Summary Serves as a Operations Manager (OM) in a Large TRACON, responsible for planning and directing operations. Responsibilities Serves as a Operations Manager (OM) in a Large TRACON, responsible for planning and directing operations. The incumbent may be requested to provide direct support to the Air Traffic Manager. In the terminal option, the OM provides first-line supervision to assigned Operation Supervisors (OS) and Traffic Management Coordinators (TMC), if applicable. The OM provides second-line supervision to Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS). The OM is responsible for operational services of the facility including traffic management initiatives. Provides training, coaching, and guidance to subordinates and facilitates team building throughout his/her area(s) of responsibility.
