Responsibilities Serves as the principal technical advisor and consultant to the General Counsel on highly complex, controversial, and sensitive technical matters related to investigative services for procurement fraud activities. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the investigative services function and related fraud programs. This includes developing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure mission accomplishment and effective use of resources. Represents the Operations investigative services function on complex audit and financial issues with external organizations such as the Department of Justice (DoJ), Department of Defense Inspector General (DoDIG), and other investigative bodies.
