Summary This position is located in the Financial Management Directorate, Library Collections and Services Group. The position description number is 470313. The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area. The incumbent of this position will work a flexitime work schedule. This is a supervisory, non-bargaining unit position. Relocation expenses will not be authorized for the person(s) selected under this vacancy announcement. Responsibilities Serves as a technical authority for multiple offices on budget execution matters. Advises the Chief, Budget and Contracts on the implications of various budget scenarios and recommends appropriate courses of action. Oversees the development of operating plans and performs budget execution work for assigned budget accounts and object classes.
