Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for STEM positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Supervises and manages a multidisciplinary laboratory for water, environmental, industrial hygiene and associated health monitoring projects.
