Summary The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as the Chief Engineer (IAW Air Force Instructions) for the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center-Elmendorf (JITTC-E) and is responsible for development or sustainment of a major system that is a significant agency program and/or essential operating program.
