Summary The Supervisory Clinical Lab Scientist (Regional Program Manager) serves at the facility level but provides support at the VISN level on Diagnostic ICC and at all VISN 8 facilities. These higher-level duties consist of significant scope, complexity ( difficulty), and range of variety, and are performed by the incumbent 100% of the time.
