Summary About the Position: This position is located at the USACE Learning Center (ULC) in Huntsville, Alabama. Responsibilities Serves as the Division Chief, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Learning Center (ULC), reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources (SES) for policy guidance, operations, staffing, budget, and performance evaluation. Provides executive leadership for the planning, development, and execution of enterprise-wide training, establishing the vision and priorities for branch chiefs, faculty, and instructional systems design staff. Ensures curricula and learning solutions are aligned with USACE strategic objectives and evolving workforce requirements. Represents the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in a wide range of official capacities, including higher-echelon inspections, committees, and professional conferences.
