Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

Summary This position is located in Fort Larned National Historic Site, in the Midwest Region. The Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist (Facility Manager) is a key member of the Management Team for Fort Larned and Nicodemus National Historic Sites. You will oversee maintenance and operation of historic and modern buildings, grounds, utilities, and fleet. Responsibilities Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborates with other management team members to plan and support park-wide priorities and initiatives, is involved in decisions affecting park policy and operations, and develops and implements park planning and management documents. Leads the maintenance division and oversees facilities budget. Responsible for asset inventories and condition assessments, fleet management, energy reporting, and maintenance administrative oversight and reporting.
