Summary Serves as a Manager of an Engineering Group within the Technical Operations, Facilities and Engineering Services. Responsibilities Responsible for directing the work of the subordinate employees and/or managers for multiple organizational units/projects/programs within the organization. Duties typically include: planning; communicating the organization's vision and objectives; setting priorities; assigning tasks and responsibilities; monitoring and evaluating performance; coaching and developing employee capabilities; approving leave; and taking, recommending, or approving corrective/disciplinary action, as appropriate. Responsible for programming, executing, and supervising engineering design, construction, installation and/or ongoing engineering support of facilities, systems and technical policies and procedures in the NAS.
