Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Oversight Group (OG), Division of Plan & Issuer Compliance (DPIC). As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-14, you will manage, lead, and coordinate Premium Rate Review and Rate Review policy development and refinement for the Plan and Issuer Compliance Division. Responsibilities Oversee submission and review of policy forms from health insurance issuers for compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) market reforms and the No Surprises Act (NSA). Provide technical assistance regarding CMS rate review program policy, operations, and the Unified Rate Review Template instructions.
