Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of the Military Personnel, Manpower, and Support Division, managing subordinate supervisors and advising senior leadership on workforce programs. Direct the Military Personnel Branch, overseeing all aspects of military personnel management and serving as liaison with the Military Services. Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of manpower programs, ensuring compliance with laws and developing strategies to meet resource requirements. Manage the J-1 budget and oversee mission support programs, continuity of operations, and personnel accountability during emergencies. Provide leadership for agency support programs and ceremonies, while managing special projects and briefing senior management on critical issues.
