The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Chief, Civilian Personnel Division in the Directorate of Manpower, Personnel & Services at a Major Command (MAJCOM) with responsibility for directing the activities of the Division. Responsibilities DUTY 1: As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. DUTY 3: Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with commanders, managers and with a variety of installion and functional area organizations. DUTY 4: Serves as advisor to the Commander, Vice Commander, A1 Director, and staff of HQ AFRC and to the commanders and subordinate organizations on all matters pertaining to Air Reserve Technician (ART) and civilian personnel management, utilization and administration.
