As a Supervisory Immigration Services Officer, you will conduct and oversee the planning of independent research regarding the eligibility entitlements of persons seeking immigration benefits, employment, and/or legal status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Responsibilities Research and make case determinations, hearing and adjudicating appeals, and make decisions on reopening cases and whether to reconsider cases.
