Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the USAINSCOM, Mission Support Command, FOIA/IRR. Responsibilities Serves as policy subject matter expert for the long-term management of counterintelligence investigative and operational, and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Records for the Army. Plans, directs, reviews, evaluates and organizes the work operations of the division in accordance with regulatory policy to achieve optimum workflow and production within allowable and fiscal staffing levels Serves as the primary Intelligence Security Specialist and Manager for the Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
